HDMI Ports

Hi guys,
i would like to e able to check and wake the screen up from my Delphi application.

Let's say,
My pc is connected to my screen port HDMI1 and after turning the screen of, PC has somehow lost and does not know which HDMI port of the screen it is connected because the screen is very stupid and has other functionalities.
The idea is to force the screen to restore the HDMI port where the PC is connected.

Is there any way or component for doing this?
please help!!
