PrintPreview with dsPDF

I've been using Print Preview together with dsPDF for in-program PDF file creation for a while now under Delphi 7 development.

I am now using Delphi 10 Seattle to the same development PC. Having moved the old code to Delphi 10, I now find that the PDF file does not get created.

My code is based on that found at http://delphistep.cis.si/dspdf.htm

Any tips/ideas on what might have changed? (or am I asking in the wrong forum?)
