Stream Wave File

What is the easiest way to stream a wave file with Wave Audio Package?
I have a wave file and I want to serve this file to all connected clients. So the client can listen this file.
I've looked at Live Audio Demo. But the server in this demo uses LiveAudioRecorder. I don't want to record from mic.
