I just released a plugin which uses your TRotateImage indirectly by using the freeware TKnob v2.0 by Silhwan Hyun.

What do you mean with description.

I found TKnob 2.0 component here:

I used it in my plugin to offer a Knob-Control for neobook.
And it is using TRotateImage v1.54.

Yes, it is used but indirectly. By installing TKnob it is used.
