COM Programming

i need help to solve a problem with COM programming. I am developing a BHO to monitoring urls and analyzing of site's contents. But in some pages i do not get access to DOM (IHTMLDocument3, IHTMLDocument3, ...). Somebody help me?

what kind of component has used? if mshtml, you can try for wininet
