ShellListView that works with Vista and Delphi 2009

Does anyone know where to find a open source ShellListView that works with Vista and Delphi 2009 that supports thumbnails?

The Delphi 2009 ShellListView causes exceptions when the form is closed in the Delphi IDE.
The Delphi 2009 ShellListView does not support thumbnails.

This would be a great addition to Delphi Area Components!

VirtualShellTools has good shell controls and is very fast and supports thumbnails but installation is complicated and the packages offer lots of additional components and its ShellTreeview does not paint its nodes correctly on Vista.

The only thing I have found so far that works very well is the commercial ShellControlPack but I am looking for open source shell controls so they can be used to create an open source Vista OpenImageDialog with third-party image preview components.
