writeing '' to a file

I know how to write to a file

writeln(SendFile, 'yada yada yada'

and the file is as:
yada yada yada

but how would it do it if I wanted the file to be :
'yada yada yada' ----> with the 2 ''s

writeln(SendFile, '''yada yada yada''');
