How can I use CLX only component like LCDNumber
, in usual application?
How can I make CLX only component appear in component palette even
while not using CLX application? Is it possible?

You can't. CLX uses another set of base libs than VCL. If you want LCD number, you have to either write it for yourself or search among thousands of them.
