With low level instructions (such as assembler)?
Is this question loaded?

You are aking "how", right? Well... To be clear I got anwer for your question sitting on my shelf, waiting for me to start writting some system for my "Master Engineer" degree. It's about 10000 pages of text exacly about each and every one instruction of processor, co-processor, GPU, BIOS, various controllers, drives, extension cards... but if you rip from it useless infos 'bout things used only internally, won't care 'bout how it works inside, you're left with 5000 pages of "Intel System Developers Guide", but that doesn't answer your question... In the end it all goes to simple physics and chemistry, ain't it?
