ACCESS with password

First, sorry, my english isn't the better....

I have trouble with ACCESS DataBank when having a password. I cannot open through Delphi. I'm using ADOConnection with tables working fine when no using password in the Access tables. But it's vulnerable working on this manner. So, I'd like protect with a password. Following steps accordind explaned by yours helping another member in this same problem, I've received follow error message :

"failure on conection test because error initializing provider. Isn't possible start application. Workgroup information file is missing or open in exclusive
mode by another user." --- This message was writed in portuguese, and I've tried to translate to english.
