Z-Order affects (end/break)point selection ability.

I am not sure if this is a demo or a library issue/bug, but here we are:

In sample2.sgp it is not possible to drag the end-point of the blue link (see attached pic1.gif) when the link is selected. This is not happening with other links (see attached pic2.gif). The problem ceases to exist if you bring the blue arrow to front.

I am not sure, but it seems to be a hit-test issue. Before the bring-to-front command, the hit goes to the green arrow. I can call it "a feature" not "a bug", but since the blue arrow is selected i believe it would be easy to give priority to it.

Just tried it with the latest official demo-exe.
With that I cannot reproduce it.
Works as expected.
