Live Audio demo compile problem... Tclient socket?

I tried to compile Live Audio demo using delphi 7. by openig LiveAudio.bpg and compile. Its ok. No problem BUT if I open Broadcaster.dpr or Receiver.dpr to edit, this erros occurs.


I think Tclient socket type definition different in delphi7 but openig LiveAudio.bpg and compile. Its ok.

I want to modify this demos. Delphi 7 IDE produces exe files by ignoring error and compile. But apps not work properly.

How is the solution?

You have to install Borland Socket Components on Delphi 7.

1. from the IDE menu select 'Components/Install Packages'
2. click on the 'Add' button
3. go to Delphi's 'Bin' folder and open 'dclsockets70.bpl'
