Print Preview bug on windows 10

am using print preview component in delphi 2010
i was testing this line in General Demo : PrintPreview.Canvas.TextOut(21000,100,'Test string');
as you can see in the image page format is A4 in (red )
my question is why the white part in the left and bottom is created

Sorry for answering your question so late.

I checked it out with the version 5.93 of PrintPreview on my machine, which is Windows 10, and it looks fine.

When the unit is mmHiMetric, 21000 is out of A4 paper size. Have you set the right unit?
