Analog Clock Component

When the component is active, it always uses the current system time. However, you can change the time zone using the TimeOffset property.

Thank you ...
I found what stupid thing i do...
I first add the offset time and the i make active the component ...
so any offtime i set ... the component set my system time...

So thank you for your help and this great component...
