Delphi Area -Realtime Marquee component

hello,
i have come across this component http://www.delphiarea.com/products/delphi-components/marquee/.
and i wanted to know if i can use the component in my application which i plan to release Online.

1] i have not modified the component source

but it doesnt mention if i can use it in commercial application

so please tell me if i can use the component for my commercial application?

I don't know about those legal things that must be applied to other software. Regarding my freeware codes, you can use them without need to mention my name or delphiarea.
