Hello,

I have been reading about NET off and on in the Borland Newsgroups but I do not understand what actually is NET? I guess I am a little hard headed but nowhere have I found a good explanation.

a) An operating system
b) A programming language

Can net and WindowsXP be run on same pc?
What kind of a computer is needed to run net?
Where do you get NET?
Is it expensive?
