.doc and .htm in RichEdit

How to open .doc (Microsoft Word) and .htm (HTML page) files in RichEdit Delphi, without copiing text in direct way by (ctrl+c), (ctrl+v) or by mouse.

with doc you'll need common converter, with html, simpy open, HTML are nothing but plain text
