program run behin of the clock

hi peoples... I would like that my server were be open automatic and that the user not saw that he is open... then... my idea is put in begin of the windows... put the form invisible... and put behind of the clock... how can I do for not show program in bar of the tool and show he behind of the clock... somebody know? thanks!!!
