Mixer volume control

I make software using Wave component forgot name in delphi 7 Windows XP, it controls wave and microphone volume when a hold scroll lock key the mic is enabled and wave (Speakers in win7) volume is reduced (lowered), to talk on teamspeak.
Now when I upgraded my OS to Win7 it stops to work. Please I need help to make these controls in windows 7, set volume of microphone, wave, and mute microphone!
