Rave and Printing

I have been using Rave since Version 1 and you may know there seems to be problems with the Nevrona people and keeping Rave current. I like the method they use for coding all my printing. I have looked at ReportBuilder and FastReport which are Band types. I just don't get that method. Do you have any suggestion on how to approach this dilemma? I can't find any actual code examples using RB anFR with Delphi and am getting frustrated. I use Delphi 6 and 2009.
