I would like to translate my delphi to C++. Does anyone know of a 3rd party software that can do this for you, or at least help you out?

NO. It would be like translating between two different languages like Polish and English.
You see, no program can do it right, so there's no tool to translate C++ to delphi. It's just like that. Only thing that can help you is our knowledge,
